1. Overview

Mencio provides automated Agentic Readiness audits and monitoring tools. These Terms describe how you can use the platform and what responsibilities apply to both sides.

2. Service Description

Mencio provides infrastructure verification and monitoring for websites, including:

• Automated website scans
• AI visibility analysis
• Agentic Readiness scoring
• Monitoring and drift detection where applicable
• Informational outputs to support implementation decisions

All outputs are informational only. You remain responsible for deciding what changes to make and how to implement them.

3. No Guarantee Clause

Mencio does not guarantee rankings, placement, or inclusion in AI-generated answers. AI systems are third-party platforms outside of Mencio's control and may change behavior at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must have permission to scan any domain you submit.
• You are responsible for implementing any suggested changes.
• You may not use the service for abuse, unauthorized scanning, or unlawful activity.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. If you purchase a Lifetime Deal, it applies only to the features included at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mencio is not liable for lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or losses caused by third-party AI platform changes. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mencio platform and Agentic Readiness framework are proprietary. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
